    Hab ich was anderes behauptet? Nox war mir bislang nicht bekannt.


    Bei Nox scheint man die Sachen downloaden zu können, was rechtlich äußerst kritisch ist. Bei YouTube als große Plattform von google kann man als Privatperson davon ausgehen, dass die Dinge, die dort hochgeladen sind, rechtlich abgesegnet sind. Auch wenn es in vielen Fällen wohl doch nicht so ist, dennoch ist das gerichtlich wohl so gesagt worden, wie ich letztens gelesen habe.


    Streams und Downloads sind in Bezug zu Urheberrechtsverletzungen zwei wesentlich unterschiedliche Dinge.
